Open Casting Call for Peter Berg’s Movie ‘Battleship’

Well, Peter Berg, the executive producer of this show, is pretty busy these days, with his upcoming project called ‘Battleship‘, the action-adventure movie.

Moreover, he will be the director of ‘Battleship’, which is based on Hasbro’s famous board game. It is an epic saga, which will happen at sea, where a naval fleet will guard Earth from alien invaders!

Well, for ‘Battleship’ movie, three open casting calls will be held by Universal Pictures. The first two castings will be for military workforce, including their families. And the third casting call will be opened to everyone.
And for this movie, Peter Berg also offered one role to Taylor Kitsch, portrayed the role of Tim Riggins. He will be the Naval Commander, who will lead the fight.
Furthermore, the shooting of this movie will take place on Oahu later this summer, after selecting the casts. This movie was initially considered to be premiered in 2011, but will now be premiered on 25th May 2012.
